Thank you for your submission!
I Was recommended to Cardinal Realty Services and Transitioning with Care. I am glad that I took the advise. The staff at Cardinal made it a helpful and personal process. Bonnie and Dave at every step made it easy. They were always there for me to take care of my mother.

I don’t know what we would have done without Bonnie Miller and her team! As an older adult, with a complicated family situation, my elderly mother finally fell at home, and had to enter a nursing home due to a progressive disease.
I live out of state and was suddenly trying to manage the maintenance and then sale of both my mother’s and another family home, along with my mother’s medical care. Both homes needed to be emptied of contents and then rehabbed for sale due to neglect.
Bonnie helped with connections to Lancaster-area information for everything, including excellent referrals to lawyers, appraisers, and insurance brokers. She handled home maintenance contracts for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services, also appliance and carpet purchases, etc.
Transitioning With Care’s team of contractors were meticulous: painting, tile, window repair, deep cleaning, appliance installation, landscaping and woodworking. Her bonded employees searched my mother’s home thoroughly for missing valuables, and managed the sale of valuable contents. They also inventoried and obtained tax receipts for donated household goods—simply amazing!!
The settlements of both homes were handled smoothly by Cardinal Realty, the realty arm connected to Transitioning with Care, and both sales brought in above expected prices. No headaches, and no glitches at the settlements! One fee for all of these services was set upfront, and the bills for materials and labor were very reasonable. My friends who are or have found themselves in a similar situation are so jealous!
Knowing what I know now, I would have pushed my mother harder to downsize to a retirement community with Bonnie’s help before this happened to her, but as the saying goes: you can lead a horse to water…
